Information we collect

When you sign up for the newsletter, this site collects your name, email address and the date you signed up. When you use the contact form, it collects your name, your email address and the message you write, including any details you add about a book club or a media request. The site also uses analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Analytics may use cookies.

How we use it

I use your email address to send you the Book Club Discussion Guide and newsletter updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. I use contact form messages to reply to you. I use analytics to understand how people find and use the site.

Who handles your information

MailerLite manages the email list, BookFunnel delivers the Book Club Discussion Guide, and Formspree delivers contact form messages to me. Google reCAPTCHA protects the newsletter signup form from automated signups. Google Analytics counts visits and shows me which pages people read. Cloudflare hosts this site. I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with other third parties, except as required by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This site links to other websites, including IngramSpark, YouTube and podcast sites, and to my campaign site. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
